Dave is the founding lawyer of Kinder Lawyers. He has dedicated his entire career to serving the Cambridge community over the last 35 years in real estate, corporate and will and estates law. Prior to being called to the bar of Ontario in 1977, Dave graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School and has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Dave understands the need for timely, cost-effective and high-quality work, especially in real estate law, ensuring every transaction goes smoothly and his clients are satisfied. Dave works closely with his team and clients to keep everyone well informed. Dave provides expert advice whether you are a first-time home buyer or an experienced investor.

In addition to real estate, Dave has 10-years of experience as an in-house corporate lawyer for both large multi-national and smaller entrepreneurial companies. With his incredible attention to detail, Dave has acted as counsel, been on both the purchaser and vendor sides of corporate transactions and provided services in multiple areas of corporate law. Dave brings a legal and business perspective to corporate and commercial law to work with clients to achieve excellence.
